CCOVID19 Information for Gaspar Members
WHAT WE’RE DOING
Along with our regular cleaning practices, we have implemented the following additional practices:

Providing extra disinfecting spray bottles and paper towels for member use.

Cleaning and disinfecting continuously throughout the day.

Encouraging members to stay home if they are sick, and to visit a medical professional should they experience any of the following: shortness of breath, coughing, or fever.

Providing an outdoor waiting area for the next class so we are not co-mingling

Removing communal chalk buckets and providing individualized bags of chalks to members

Providing hand towels to keep the sweat drippage to a minimum

Installing hands free soap & paper towel dispensers, hands free sinks, and hands-free sanitizer dispensers.

Enforcing class size limit of 10.

Closing the kids' room until further notice

Providing health updates via email and this web page.
HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF
Health professionals recommend the following best practices to protect yourself and prevent spread of the disease:

Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.

Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
-
Cough or sneeze into your sleeve or tissue (dispose immediately and wash/sanitize your hands).

Wipe down regularly-used surfaces before and after use (phones, keyboards, counters, door knobs, light switches, etc.).

Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Avoid contact with people who are ill.

Stay home if you feel unwell. Visit a medical professional if you experience any of the following: shortness of breath, coughing, fever.

Stay active and exercise regularly to keep your immune system strong.
