Thursday:

Focus:

- Power Snatch - 3 x 5 at 70% then

- Snatch High-Pull - 3 x 5 at 70% (of sn)

Squat snatches RX 65/45, L2 & L1 choose working weight

Friday:

- 3-Position Clean (floor, below knee, above knee) +Jerk - 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% x 3 sets at each percentage
